After military-and police training in the Caribbean, Holland, UK and USA and almost 20 years in Law-Enforcement senior command positions in the Netherlands and Aruba of which the last 5 years as Deputy-Chief of Police in Aruba. Mr. Gerold Dompig started of Shield Group Inc. which offers Risk/Security Management services in Aruba and the region.
Mr. Dompig also trained with Israeli experts and formed a training and expertise alliance with the Institute of Terrorism Research and Response (ITRR) in Israel. Shield Group represents ITRR for all counter-terrorism services in the Caribbean and Latin American region.
